Marketing Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in providing Training to partners
  2. Assist in Customer Service support (Incoming email/calls enquiries) from partners and consumer
  3. Troubleshooting and provide solution to partners and consumer
  4. Updating training materials
  5. Marketing and Operations Support/coordination
  6. Provide administrative and analysis support
  7. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

  • Any Relevant Diploma / Degree
  • Good communication skills and analytical skills
  • A responsible attitude and passion for customer service
  • Meticulous with keen attention to details, self-motivated, good team player and able to multi-task
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
  • Knowledge on Salesforce.com will be advantage
