Executive / Assistant Manager (Singapore Writers Festival, Venues & Operations: Jun – Dec 2017)

Responsibilities:

Venues co-liaison

  • Be the main contact point for selected venues including sending timely updates, facilitating production, managing paper work, etc
  • Manage schedule and logistics updates across over 16 spaces
  • Organise and facilitate site visits, rehearsals or briefings
  • Collate venue details for marketing including floor plans and logos
Event Company co-liaison
  • Manage administrative/operational services by appointed Event Company including license applications, airport transfers for over 70 international guests, etc
Logistics administration
  • Manage presentation materials and requests for logistics for different speakers or programmes
  • Manage and maintain multiple sets of powerpoint slides and signages for programme listings/updates across venues
  • Ad-hoc logistics preparation
Project management
  • Research, propose, approach and liaise with vendors for POPshop
  • Work with Marketing to promote POPshop
  • Handle all logistics requirements

- 2nd in-charge of onsite operations during festival period
- Assist with other SWF duties where necessary

Requirements:
  • Polytechnic Diploma or Degree Holders
  • Prior experience in events/production coordination preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (including Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Good written and communication skills
