Digital Art Director

Singapore Full Time

Job Description:

You will be the creative champion for both our Company and Clients. You will work closely with our team of creative designers, strategists, information architects and techie to create compelling 360 experiences that continually pushes the boundaries across multiple platforms and Omni-channels. You will be responsible for managing all creative operations including team management and quality of work production. You will mentor and grow your team’s capabilities and continually motivate them to achieve their full potential. You’ll continually push to identify and take advantage of emerging creative opportunities.

Job Requirements:

  • Insures the timely development and execution of plans, campaigns, and projects.
  • Plans, develops, and defends budget recommendations, work goals, measurements, and training requirements necessary to provide both profitable and quality service to clients.
  • Provides leadership/motivation and conveys the vision and values of the agency to staff.
  • Oversees creative consultations with account teams to assure appropriate creative strategies, adequacy/accuracy of input, schedules, budgets, production support, necessary reviews, and client presentations.
  • Work closely with clients and other cross functional teams to formulate appropriate overall strategy for a project or client.
  • Invent new ideas for branding, 360 campaigns and marketing messages.
  • Develop compelling creative campaigns that will produce measurable marketing result, across Omni –channels including websites, digital media, social platforms, on ground promotions.
  • Participate in new business initiatives, from identifying opportunities to pitch development.
  • Hands on creative development from concept to implementation. Provide quality assurance of all creative deliverables.
  • Maintains external professional relationships to assure the ongoing availability of specialized expertise, freelancers, and studios/producers when their services are required.
  • At least 3 - 5 experience in advertising or digital marketing agency in a creative role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Interactive Designs or relevant field.
  • Possess an understanding of interactive communications and delivery systems, processes, and user interface design as well as industry best practices.
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamental, typography & limitations of the web.
  • Knowledge of HTML, DHTML CSS, HTML5 is an added advantage.
  • Ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and the team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Experience/Requirements

  • At least 3 - 5 experience in advertising or digital marketing agency in a creative role.
