We believe in developing our people through mentoring and guidance, so that they can be more effective in their role and their impact to our clients.

In this role as Project Executive, apart from learning areas such as Digital Marketing, you will acquire key "life" skills, typically not learnt through educational institutions:

    1) Strengthen your soft skills - How to communicate with clients, what are they truly saying, what are their roles and key responsibilities, and what are their unspoken concerns? How will our services help to address their concerns? How do we deal with issues and challenging customers?

    2) Develop trust and establish long-term relationships - We work with high integrity, and with a view to truly help our clients and each other. With this as the foundation, we develop trust and long lasting relationships with our clients and with each other.

    3) Extensive use of business technology - We started with "digital" in mind, and we're pretty much a "paperless" company. All of our clients' projects are managed through web-based tools that were developed in-house and custom-built to meet our business needs. As you use these tools in the course of your work, you will witness first-hand how a traditional business digitises its manual processes to benefit itself and clients.

    4) How to grow from failure - We constantly aim for perfection, but make mistakes on occasion. What's most important is how do we take ownership of our mistakes and correct them, and how do we learn from our mistakes.
