HR and Sales Coordinator (Intern)

Salary: $500-600

As an HR and Sales Coordinator, your

HR responsibilities:

  • Supporting projects in Singapore and Australia Region
  • Liaising with various departments in Singapore, U.S and China to ensure operational efficiency
  • Liaising with external vendors for business related matters, such as bank, building office, telecom company, post office and etc.
  • In charge of office administration, important company documents; employee claims and welfare, organising company events to promote bonding within the company
  • Onboarding new staff

Sales Coordinator responsibilities:

  • You will work closely with Sales Manager to research and map out the tech companies market
  • You will learn to collect leads from market and get involved in sales cycle
  • You will also work with Talent Consultant on user/talent acquisition

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

  • Good communication skills
  • Some business accumen
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Passion in the fast moving internet industry

Most importantly, you should be a keen learner who is hungry for new knowledge.
